Date range specify info

Summary

Users do not know for which elements the date range works.

What is the current bug behavior?

• Announcements is not taken into consideration when specifying a range.
• When specifying a date range it is not shown/told which elements will be specified.
• There is nowhere on the dashboard itself specified what dates are actually selected.
• The button is placed strangly.
