Announcement drawer

As a User
I want to be able to view the dashboard without a lot of scrolling
So that I can view the important things (in life).

Extra Description

Make the Announcements togglable per announcement or, Make the whole Announcements component togglable or, Use a notification dot for the announcements

Acceptation criteria

Criterion for acceptance of the User Story

• See dashboard without scrolling
• See new announcements clearly
• Make component not too long (~300px) [Currently 52px]
• Style the component in the same way as the rest of the dashboard
• Make the whole Toggle clickable so it is more userfriendly
