Reviewer is enrolled
As a student
I want to check enrolled students in my portfolio
So that I can see if I need to enrol the suggested reviewer.
Extra Description
Dependent on #123 (closed)
If a reviewer is suggested, I want to view if the current portfolio has that user enrolled. You could also add the user, when not enrolled, via the enrol api.
Acceptation criteria
- User enrollments are retrieved for the current portfolio
- Reviewer is checked for enrollment in portfolio
