User preferences

As a user
I want to be able to save dynamic preferences within Authentication/
So that I can, later on, retrieve those set preferences for use in components.

Extra Description

Currently, only Toggl is saved within the Authentication/ database. This should be made more dynamic to open settings.

Acceptation criteria

• User / coder can set preferences (within their /self session)
• User / coder can retrieve those preferences (with their /self session)
