Reviews out "Who?" wrong

Summary

Reviews out displaying who made the review instead of who the review was given to.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open LeAn (alpha).
2. Go to reviews
3. See "Reviews Out"

What is the current bug behavior?

You will see reviews out column "Who?" give the person who the review was given to. Which is obviously always the person that accesses LeAn at that moment.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Show who gave the review to the person viewing the dashboard. Aka the reviewer instead of the reviewed.

If type is given then show reviewed not reviewer.
