Initialize Toggl with api token ( Checks )
Summary
Check if there is a Toggl token available and return relevant data.
Steps to reproduce
What is the current bug behavior?
There is no token check available.
What is the expected correct behavior?
There should be a token check if there is one stored in lean. If not there should be a section where to add the token.
