Continuation of the redesign Merged with the reworking of Toggl

Kevin de Meijer requested to merge 134-color-coded-components into 102-toggl-front-end-redesign

Changed around the red and blue color to a lighter tint for better redability, also brought the color from the dashboard to the specific pages and added the newer colors from the pallet to the donutchart too.
