I want to know if all my assignments are setup correctly
So that I can adjust wrongful assignments accordingly.
Extra Description
There are many settings that can be set incorrectly for the creating of assignments. See #117 (closed) for more details on submitting an assignment correctly. I want a screen that checks if the assignments that have been submitted are all correctly submitted following Open-ICT guidelines.
Acceptation criteria

A list of assignment submitted. -
Every assignment checked by the created criteria of #117 (closed). -
Incorrect assignments shown with a reason for why. -
Incorrect assignments shown with a fix.
