Adding the gitlab-CD configurations for Alpha and Master environments

Closes #49 (closed)

Changes

  • Added Dockerfile for Javascript/Typescript MSs.
  • Added docker-compose.yml for Production and Alpha.
  • Added scripts inside Frontend/ Public/ & Learning/ package.json for standardized Dockerfile.
  • Added .gitlab-ci.yml for CD.

Before merge

  • Changed code has been reviewed
  • Tested to build, start and is usable
